Shipping Fees and Information

We ship via United States Postal Services.  We ship to the US 50 states and Canada addresses only! We base our fees on weight and girth of the envelope/package.  Tracking is automatic on envelopes/packages thicker than 1". 

IMPORTANT:  For US orders only - If you purchase an item that is shipped in an envelope/package that is less than 1" in thickness (i.e. pattern, floss, etc.), tracking will not automatically be included, however, you have the option of adding tracking.  To do so, just email us at and we will quote/invoice you for the additional tracking fees.

NOTE:  Tracking Fees are not automatically provided, but rather, are provided on request.  Just email us and we will gladly provide you your tracking number!

Returns and Exchanges

Yes, I Accept Returns and Exchanges, BUT There Are Some Exceptions…Please Read Carefully! 

1.    Due to Copy Right Policies, Patterns and Books may not be returned or exchanged, once the package has been opened.

2.    Wool Kits may not be returned or exchanged, because the Wool has already been cut.

3.    To receive a return or exchange, the following must be done:

a.    You must notify us AND return the package within 30 days of the Original Ship Date.
b.    The product, being returned or exchanged, must be in the same condition it was in when we shipped it to you.  
c.    We are not responsible for any damage to the product, while being shipped back to our shop.  You will have to make a claim with your shipper.

4.    No shipping fees will be refunded from the original shipment, and you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

5.    Your money will not be refunded until we receive the returned item, it is fully inspected and the condition is accepted, at our discretion.
