"Antique Vine Runner"

Handmade by Laura Hakes
Measures 10" wide by 40" long. I used Blackberry Primitives Hand-dyed Wool, as well as antique Cotton Fabrics, for this piece. The combination of these fabrics, gives this piece the look of an old antique runner. The runner is backed with a piece of coordinating mill-dyed wool, which gives it nice weight.
This design is featured on the cover of Maggie Bonanomi's "With These Hands" book, now out of print.
