Antique Glasses SKU #6 - Two Pair of Metal Glasses for Repair/Salvage

I am always on the hunt for antique glasses.  They have become harder and harder to find.  And, when found, they can be pricey.  I collect mine for the Santa Claus' I make, but I have slowed down a lot in my sewing since Old Mr. Arthritis has set in.  So, I am going through my sewing room and listing some of my antique doll/Santa pieces.

I have seen many who display them sitting on an old book on a table.  I'm sure you all can think of many things to do with them.  It is nice to hold a piece of history in your hands.

This listing is for two Pair of Metal Glasses, Elongated Octagon Frames.  One has a cracked lens, but the frames and extension bows are in perfect condition.  They are a darker metal.  The silver metal pair has one bow missing, but the lens' are in perfect shape.  It's possible, if you are good with this sort of thing, that you could somehow combine the two into one good pair.  Or, if you are like me, the imperfections will not bother you, as they are such a great part of our history.

These date to the 1800's.  You will receive both pairs pictured.
